Steve has been a telecommunications professional since 1995. He holds Leviton and Avaya certifications.

Jacob is a seasoned professional with over 16 years experience in voice and data cabling, and over five years experience installing and maintaining phone systems. He currently hold two Avaya certifications.

Over 26 years experience in telecommunications including: data network and phone system installations for major companies; programming changes for Nortel and Norstar phone systems; support and configuration of Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) for the global enterprise; maintenance and management of various voice mail systems; and remote support for a broad range of telecommunications products. Certifications include IBDN cabling, Nortel Installations and Repair, and Cisco Communications.

Over 25 years of experience with several military accreditations in outside plant copper and fiber optic communication systems. Certified In Avaya and also experienced in the installation of Panasonic, Toshiba, and Inter-tel phone systems. A Panduit certified senior level cabling technician. Entensive experience in customer business relations, project management, sales, bidding and installation practices. Military Certified Installer/Instructor.
