Avaya Digital Phone Station 9508

While we offer other phone stations to satisfy varying requirements, we recommend the Avaya 9508 Digital Deskphone for most applications.

It features a large easy-to-read display, multiple feature keys, speed dialing, and call logs to provide the capabilities users want and need.

It features 8 administrable feature buttons on 3 levels (total of 24 button positions), plus an optional 12-button expansion module for a total of 96 feature keys or speed dial buttons with dual red-green LEDs to display status.

Other features include: integrated 2-way speakerphone and 8 line, 32 per line character display. The display is white backlit for easy viewing.

Avaya Digital Phone Station BM12 Expansion Module

Need your 9508 phone station to do more?

The 12-button expansion module provides access to an additional 24 feature keys and speed dial buttons when used in conjunction with the Avaya 9508 Deskphone.

Each of the buttons feature a dual LED (red, green) providing explicit status for the user. Buttons can be administered as line appearances, bridged appearances, feature keys or speed dials.

Avaya IP500 V2 Control Unit

The Avaya IP500 V2 control unit is the heart of the system.

It is a stackable unit with an optional 19″ rack mounting kit and an optional wall mounting kit for smaller configurations. The control unit provides the following functionality:

4 card slots to house a variety of extension cards and VCM cards and the Unified Communications module (including Digital Station 8 cards, TCM8 card, expansion cards, Base Cards, etc)

Optional trunk card support (such as Analog Trunk Module 4 card, BRI4 and BRI8 cards, Single and Dual Universal PRI Cards, etc)

SD Card required, acts as Feature Key

Operates in Avaya IP Office mode or Partner mode

Includes Basic Edition Voicemail

Avaya IP Office 500v2 Combo Cards

Avaya IP500 V2 control units have 4 slots for the insertion of IP500 Combo Cards.

Each card includes an integral front panel with ports for cable connections.

The Avaya IP500 Combo Card works in the IP500 V2 only. It provides:

4 analog trunk ports for incoming phone lines
2 analog extension ports for the connection of traditional analog telephones
6 digital station ports for the connection of Avaya digital telephones
10 VCM channels to support IP Telephones or voice networking

This card includes an IP500 trunk card. No additional trunk card is needed. It also provides a single power-fail port.
